How to Apply Blinkifly Lashes

Cleanse Your Natural Lashes

For better adhesion, ensure to get rid of the entire makeup residue and other oils from your eyes. You can do this using any gentle cleanser or non-oil based makeup remover of your choice. After cleansing your face curl your eyelashes if they are the straight looking or down looking type for a more natural look.

Curling your eyelashes also creates room for you to see the baseline of your natural lashes, and this makes the application of the adhesive easier.

Prep the Lashes

Blinkifly eyelashes will mostly have the remains of the adhesive glue used to stick the clusters to the packaging when you get them out. You must ensure to get rid of these remains after getting them out for better adhesion and blending.

You can do this using your fingers or a pair of tweezers. After removing the glue, ensure to trim any little edges on them popping out from the clusters for a more comfortable and seamless application.

Apply the Adhesive

Using the wand that comes with the Blinkifly eyelashes glue or any of your choice, gently apply the adhesive underneath your natural lashes, being careful not to touch the waterline. You can also apply the adhesive on each lash segment for better sticking and increased longevity.

Give the adhesive 2 to 5 minutes to get turky before clicking in the falsies.

Click in the Lashes

The next step after applying the adhesive is to stick the Blinkifly eyelashes to your natural lashes. You can do this using the wand that comes with these lashes or any of your choice, where you will hold each segment from the tip and gently line it to the underneath side of your natural lashes where you had applied the glue.

Fuse the Lashes

After clicking in the Blinkifly eyelashes, ensure to fuse them with your natural lashes for increased longevity and better blending. You can do this using the tip of your applicator or your fingertips.

Remove stickiness

It’s important to run a glass product over the lashes to completely get rid of all the stickiness from the glue. When doing this, ensure the adhesive is completely dry and gently wiggle the glass wand over the lashes from the base upwards.

Lashify Vs Blinkifly: Which Is Better

Choosing between Lashify and Blinkifly is not an easy affair. As shown above, both brands have their own strengths and weaknesses. If you are short of time and looking for quality and natural-looking eyelashes and you don’t mind spending a little more, Lashify is the brand to go for. If you, however, have the time to do the eyelash prepping and need something not too expensive, Blinkifly has you covered.
