Cold and Flu Season…  Flu shot?

This is the time of year when the weather starts to change and the “signs” go up for “Get your flu shot!” 

Have you ever done your homework and asked yourself, “what is in a flu shot?“ 

If you are like me and many others, the answer is probably no.  Nobody wants to get sick and if you have ever had the flu, you NEVER want it again!  Rightly so!  The question then is what do you do?  Do you think of options?  Do you automatically go the medical route or do you think alternatives?  Which is better?
