How to Qualify for Silver in Six: Si6

• Beginning in June 2012, any first-time Executives will have six months from the end of the June commission period to achieve the rank of Silver. For example, if the first Executive month is June, the member must achieve the rank of Silver by December 31, 2012, to qualify.
• Any existing Executives who earned that rank for the first time on or since January 31, 2012, are also eligible to earn an achievement kit. They will be required to achieve Silver within six months of becoming a first-time Executive. For example, if the first month as an Executive was January 2012, the member must reach Silver by July 31, 2012, to qualify.
• After reaching Executive, participating members must maintain the rank of Executive each month until Silver rank is achieved.
