Non-Dairy Power Meal

Non-Dairy Power Meal makes a nutritious protein packed snack for kids and adults!

Finding a healthy, nutritious snack or meal replacement is not always easy in my household. Our family stays away from dairy and so I am always looking for alternatives. The kids have tried several protein powders and do not like the taste of it. Thankfully, I found one! The boys are homeschooled, so that means they have the ability to eat whenever their little tummies growl, and believe me, it growls a lot!

They are constantly in the kitchen eating and making a meal. The protein shake is a great way to get them to have extra protein in their diet and more fruits. You can even sneak in some vegetables from time to time! Grind ‘em up and they will never know!:)

Non-Dairy Power Meal

Power Meal is a vegetarian protein supplement formulated without soy, dairy, or animal products. Combining wolfberries with concentrated rice protein and bee pollen, Power Meal is rich in the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine, which are crucial for building healthy muscles. This supplement also contains Ginkgo biloba, which promotes circulation in peripheral blood vessels; eleuthero to improve performance; and enzymes to support the digestion and assimilation of protein.

In addition, Power Meal contains choline, inositol, MSM, L-carnitine, zeaxanthin, and chromium. Power Meal’s brown rice protein has a high glutamine and alanine content, making it a great protein for cellular hydration. With twenty grams of protein per serving, Power Meal provides your body with the key ingredients it needs to build and repair tissue, make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. One delicious serving supplies nearly half the recommended daily values of protein for a woman and one-third the recommended protein for a man.

Hey Sandy!
Here are two recipes. The oil recipes recommend Young Living oils, since they are pure, unadulterated-free of fillers/synthetics, like many essential oils on the market. Hope these help:
One simple blend to spray on your plants is
Sage – 45 drops
Thyme – 45 drops and
4 ounces distilled water.
Shake well and spray on your infected plants.

Another blend is Lavender – 50 drops and
Fennel – 40 drops again in
4 ounces of water. Shake well and spray.

Blessings- you can order at http://youngliving.org/carrieraab
Thanks! GREAT question!!! :)
