I love this post about Menu Plans by Plus Other Good
Stuff! She shares how her menus rarely work out
as planned… but how important it is to menu plan all
the same. I like her often have unexpected things come up.

we are working to use healthier ingredients and whole foods – thank you for your encouragement – teaching the boys how to take care of the body God gave them is important to me – thanks friend!

Thanks for hosting again this week! I shared “Roasting Butternut Squash” which our garden produces a ton of, “Homemade Jello” which is a great way to use all the grape juice from our vineyard and “Cholesterol – the Unsung Antioxidant” which have info that may surprise you!
