Listen to what others are saying about peppermint essential oil:

Peppermint essential oil

Peppermint essential oil is my perk me up!

Dana from WI says, “I have stopped drinking coffee! I have added peppermint essential oil to my water or tea for my morning kick drive.  It was not hard to leave the coffee alone;   I couldn’t figure out why I drank it.  So,now, with the peppermint with some warm tea, I have the same wonderful effects.  Also, in the warmer weather, a couple of drops on the tongue has done the same thing.  I really love not drinking coffee and the benefits peppermint has for me.”

Peppermint essential oil for sinuses and headache

Angel from MI says, “I had a terrible headache that nothing would touch.  I put peppermint oil on my forehead, temples and neck and felt so much better within seconds!  Also, Michigan summers can be hot and humid and I feel all “stuffed up”.  I can feel the peppermint oil penetrate my nose and sinuses and feel “cleared up” very quickly.  Thirdly, it tastes so good and yummy, like a peppermint stick BUT without all that sugar!!!”

Peppermint essential oil helps with stomach upset

Rashida from NY says, “I have found Young Living’s peppermint oil for helpful for use in relieving stomach upset to food sensitivity or food intolerance.  I would take one drop of peppermint oil in a glass of water whenever I experienced stomach upset due to eating too much dairy or other foods I was sensitive to.  I also liked how the peppermint oil worked quickly to relieve the discomfort.  I now recommend peppermint oil to anyone I know who suffers from food intolerances.”

Peppermint essential oil to reduce fever

Melissa from MN says, “I use peppermint oil on the bottoms of the feet to bring down a fever.  I use it on my children instead of using children’s tylenol.”

Peppermint essential oil stopped stomach pain

Victoria says, ” I overindulged in homemade turkey burgers last night (and a little late in the evening, at that) and as you can imagine, woke up in the middle of the night with my stomach feeling like there was a rock in there. It wasn’t feeling better after about a half hour, so I got up and just massaged a couple of drops of peppermint directly over my stomach and voila, in about 5 minutes it was better – like totally better. Amazing!! It always shocks me how putting oils over a specific organ will affect that organ so directly and so quickly – this is where my belief in the energetics of the oils is confirmed, because physically, is it even possible to have that quick a response? Love it!

Can I put a drop of peppermint oil directly into each nostril. I did it this morning for a wicked sinus infection. At first, it was burning and I could feel it going through my sinuses and my eyes got all watery. I sneezed once. Then, after that it was amazing….I was blowing stuff out of my nose for the next and it was so refreshing breathing in the peppermint smell left over. I really opened up. I want to do it again, but I thought I should check out if there is any harm in doing it first. I have had this infection for several weeks….it came from a broken infected tooth, which has since been removed. I also take silver, peppermint tea, gargle with apple cider vinegar.

Thank you,
Dorothy

I HEART peppermint oil and use it all the time. It helps to calm my anxiety, I use it for stomach pains, headaches, and even on airplanes to help me feel fresh in all that recycled air.
